Bacon

It is a Mexican variety, early ripening (October - January). It produces fruits with green smooth skin, medium size (200-300 gr.). It is resistant to low temperatures, and is often used as a pollinator variety for varieties of the other botanical type. It is considered ripe when the fruits have at least 19% dry matter content.
