Avocado Varieties

Avocado

Fuerte

It originated as a Guatemalan-Mexican hybrid. It is an early variety that ripens between November and March. The fruits are pear-shaped, with a green smooth skin, thinner than Hass. A particularly popular variety, among other things because of its resistance to stress. It is considered ripe when the fruits have at least 20% dry matter content.
